Inaugural and Closing Ceremony
Inauguration Programme of AAG, 43rd Batch:
During the year under review, FIMA continued the one-year departmental training programme for 32 Assistant Accountant Generals (AAGs) of the 43rd BCS Audit and Accounts Batch, which commenced on 16 January 2025. The training curriculum consisted of 11 papers, primarily covering the constitutional framework of Public Financial Management (PFM), key parliamentary acts, public sector auditing, public sector accounting, financial accounting, and information technology. Alongside classroom-based sessions, participants received practical, hands-on exposure through attachment programmes with three Accounting Circles and seventeen Audit Directorates, enabling them to gain field-level operational experience complementary to their academic learning.
Valediction Programme of AAG, 41st BCS:
The Completion and Valediction Programme for the 41stBCS Audit and Accounts Cadre marked the successful conclusion of this significant phase of professional development. The ceremony acknowledged the dedication, perseverance, and exemplary performance of all participating officers. As they transition into their official roles, they carry with them enhanced professional skills, an elevated sense of responsibility, and a renewed commitment to serving the nation. The programme extended sincere appreciation and conveyed best wishes for their future endeavors in upholding the standards, integrity, and excellence of the Audit and Accounts Department.
